Congratulations to our Senior student, Lovely Grace Cayanan
Noblesse International School is proud to announce that our 12th-Grade Senior Student, Lovely Grace Cayanan, has received admission to De La Salle University Dasmariñas...
The new year has arrived and with it comes an exciting time for our seniors here at NIS. The application deadlines are rapidly approaching for most universities, and our counseling department and the seniors have been diligently completing applications, writing college essays, recommendations letters, portfolios, and submitting transcripts. Our students have applied to some of the top universities including: Georgia Tech, Michigan, Michigan State, The Ohio State University, Indiana, Purdue, Massachusetts, Iowa, Iowa State UCLA, USC, Arizona State, Alabama, Embry-Riddle, Emory, Villanova, Seton Hall, Fordham, Boston College UC Berkeley, Rice, Temple, Georgetown, Colgate and many others.
Enderun College from Manila delivered a very informative presentation to the high school students on January 12th. Presentations from other universities are in the planning and scheduling stages at this time. Our 9th, 10th, and 11th graders have been invited to a college fair in Manila during the month of February where more than 40 universities from America will be delivering presentations. Information letters will be sent home to parents in the near future.
Finally, the counseling office made a major transition this month, turning over the counseling duties from the committee of teachers to a professional counselor. Let us welcome Mr. Gregory van Goidtsnoven, who has assumed the role as college counselor. NIS would like to take this opportunity to thank the teachers who did an outstanding job putting this department together: Mr. Hartzell, Mr. Yoo, Mr. Curi, Mrs. Galang, and Miss Quinones.
