A. Promote the philosophy of “Classical Education”
B. Expand academic and cultural experiences on and off campus.
C. Foster a campus culture which promotes respect and tolerance
D. Ensure the safety of students while on campus
E. Further expand the Afterschool Activities Program (AAP) to include more “team” sports
F. Enhance the living conditions for Boarding students.
G. Promote health and fitness
A. Attract and retain a diverse faculty aligned with the school’s mission and vision.
B. Further expand opportunities for professional development to leverage innovative teaching techniques to optimize the different ways students learn.
C. Further expand and improve student support services (including ESL)
D. Continually evaluate and improve faculty pedagogy to incorporate best teaching practices



A. Design exterior plans that allow for a safe environment for students
B. Design interior plans that allow for creative, flexible use of space.
C. Improve the library with respect to the quantity of age-appropriate books and the availability of technology for research purposes.
D. Begin to Install interactive white-boards in classrooms
E. Enhance the administrative structure of the school with respect to efficiency and communication
F. Establish an annual maintenance schedule
G. Establish an intranet to facilitate communication amongst staff
A. Adoption of the Common Core Standards
B. Alignment of the Common Core Standards with the philosophies of Classical Education.
C. Evaluate textbook needs annually
D. Appoint subject coordinators with responsibility for ensuring best teaching practices.
E. Utilize an internationally recognized standardized exam which is aligned with the Common Core Standards.
